La conferencia contó con la presencia de 3 expositores internacionales: Greg Reid, Brian Smith y Ray Zahab; quienes compartieron sus experiencias y fórmulas que los han llevado al éxito, entregando a los asistentes las principales herramientas para derribar lo “imposible” que se antepone a las aspiraciones de carácter personal y de las organizaciones.
Pero,  ¿Qué hay detrás del éxito de estos expositores? ¿Qué han hecho en común estos 3 personajes para lograr esa trayectoria y cumplir sus sueños? Te lo contamos a continuación:
1.- Su optimismo/ positivismo:
– «Convierte cada problema en una afirmación positiva» (Brian S)

– “Put a spotlight on the negative and Illuminate the positive” (Brian S)
2.- El uso de Mantras/ Meditación para proteger sus mentes del miedo y la inseguridad:
– “When I have a worry, I repeat ‘I choose love’ several times and it helps.” (Brian Smith)
– “I taught my 5 years little son to repeat the mantra “…:” and stick to it”. (Greg R)
3.- Creen en el Karma y en el Poder del Universo:
– “Once you choose a path, the Universe is going to conspire in favor of you. Then you will start receiving”. (Brian S).
– “I have four mantras: First is feast upon uncertainty. Fatten upon disappointment, Invigorate in the presence of difficulties, enthuse over apparent defeat” this have been instrumental in me. (Brian S)
– “Always be thankful. Starting when you wake up in the morning, and even when you go to sleep”. (Greg R)
– “The Universe will give us exactly what we are willing to accept”. (Greg R).
4.- Su capacidad de no importarles lo que el resto diga o piense (“this makes you take the risk”):
– “Nobody cares: What am I going to way to people why I quit? They don’t care! It’s up to me!” (Ray Z)
– “Don’t be afraid to ask because you already have the “No”. The only thing you can receive is a “Yes”. (Greg R)
– “The 90% of our worries is in vain. Everyone is focused in their own things”. (Ray Z)
5.- No se rinden: Son perseverantes y convierten cada error en una lección:
– “We can have anything we want in life as long as you are willing to go from failure to failure without losing enthusiasm”. (Greg R)
-“It’s easy to quit, but is the people who keep going who get success”. (Greg R)
– “Sometimes your most disappointing disappointments become your greatest blessings” (Brian S)
– “Limitations are 90% mental, the other 10% is all in your heads” (Ray Z)
